Our office will be closed for the following 2009 holidays:

·         Memorial Day: Sat. May 23 and Mon. May 25

·         Independence Day: Fri, July 3 and Sat. July 4

·         Labor Day: Sat. Sept 5 and Mon. Sept. 7

·         Thanksgiving : Wed. Nov. 25 and Thurs. Nov. 26

·         Christmas: Thu. Dec 24 (open until 2 pm)

          Closed Fri. Dec 25, and Sat. Dec. 26

·         New Year’s: Thu. Dec. 31 (open until 2 pm)

          Closed Fri. Jan 1,  2010, Open Sat. Jan 2, 2010

Please Note:

Minors (children under 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive allergy shots.

Allergy shot doses are-

Increased within 3 to16 days of last shot

Kept the same from 17 to 35 days of last shot

Doses are reduced after 35 days of last shot

There must be a minimum of 3 days since your last shot. (For example: Your last allergy shot was on Tuesday, the earliest you can get the next shot is Friday.)

If you have a change in your Insurance Coverage please see the receptionist before getting your allergy shots.
