Tuesday

9:30 am thru 11:30 am and 1:30 pm thru 7:30 pm

Wednesday

CLOSED

Thursday

Our office will be closed for the following 2001 holidays:

Memorial Day: Sat. May 26 and Mon. May 28
July 4th: Sat. June 30, Mon. July 2 and Wed. July 4
Labor Day: Sat. Sept. 1 and Mon. Sept. 3
Thanksgiving Day: Thurs. Nov. 22
Christmas: Mon. Dec. 24 (will close at 1 p.m.) And Tues. Dec. 25
New Year’s: Mon. Dec. 31 (will close at 1 p.m.) and Tues. Jan. 1, 2002

Please Note:

Minors (children under 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive allergy shots.

Allergy shot doses are-

  • Increased within 3 to16 days of last shot
  • Kept the same from 17 to 35 days of last shot
  • Doses are reduced after 35 days of last shot

There must be a minimum of 3 days since your last shot. (For example: Your last allergy shot was on Tuesday, the earliest you can get the next shot is Friday.)

If you have a change in your Insurance Coverage please see the receptionist before getting your allergy shots.
