Driving Instructions To The Office

From Friday March 9 through November 2007 the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) will undertake the reconstruction of the I-78 local lanes from Route 24 to the Garden State Parkway in Union Township, Union County. Please plan your travel time to the office accordingly. Click on the picture to the left to link to Interstate 78 construction information.

 

               

From Somerville & West

From I-287 and points west take I-78 E to Exit 45, Glenside Ave. exit, Summit. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, go left. Follow Glenside Ave. until stop sign. Make left onto Baltusrol Rd.. Continue a short distance to the traffic light, then turn left onto Morris Ave. Go short way up hill and make sharp right—sign will say to Medical Arts Bldg. Follow to T. Go left, then first right into the East Parking Garage.

 

From Morristown & North

From North or Northwest, take Kennedy Pkwy to Short Hills Mall. Take NJ 24 E. or NJ 124 E (access road). Take Summit Ave. exit. Follow NJ 24 E directions.

From NJ 24 East, take Summit Ave. exit. Bear right at this exit, follow Summit Ave. through town of Summit, over railroad bridge. Opposite gas station on far left corner, turn left onto Broad St. Go 1 block, make the SOFT, not hard right onto Overlook Rd. Take first right driveway entrance into the East Parking Garage.

 

From Newark & East

From US 22 you must travel west to Summit Rd. exit, bear right at this exit, follow Summit Rd., name will change to Baltusrol Rd. Continue Continue a short distance to the traffic light, then turn left  onto Morris Ave. Go short way up hill and make sharp right—sign will say to Medical Arts Bldg. Follow to T. Go left, then first right into the East Parking Garage.

From the NJ Turnpike, North or South, take Exit 14, Newark Airport, to I-78 West.

From I-78 West, take Exit 49, Rt. 24 W and follow NJ 24 W. directions.

From NJ 24 West, take exit marked Millburn, Springfield, Summit. Bear right to Broad St. Take Broad St., turn left at 3rd traffic light opposite Salerno Duane car dealership. Make the HARD, not soft left to get on Overlook Rd. Go up hill, take the second right into the East Parking Garage.

From the Garden State Parkway, South take Exit 142 to NJ 24. W. Follow NJ 24 W. Instructions.

From the Garden State Parkway, North, take Exit 142. You must take the first exit immediately after the toll plaza. Proceed 1 mile east on I-78, Make U-turn onto I-78 W. Follow I-78 W. instructions.

The Parking Garage

Parking is available for the Medical Arts Center in the East Parking Garage, just across the street. When you enter the garage you are on level 5.  There are 2 additional levels where you can park.  Level 4 is one level down, and level 6 is the top, outdoor level.

 

To exit, return to level 5, and follow the exit signs. Traffic, where marked, is only one-way.

 

 

The side exits and levels 3, 2, and 1 are only for hospital employees who have a special pass.

Take your green parking stub with you to be validated (unless you are there less than 1˝ hour, you will have to pay). The glass walkway on the 6th floor of the parking garage puts you on the 2nd floor of the Mac building. Once in the Mac building, take the elevator to the third floor. The office is Suite #307 (about halfway down the hall on left).
